Terms of Service

By Commissioning me you agree to the following:

-Commissions are for personal use only-All Commissions are digital products-Both constituents agree to keep all personal information private-The client must contact me through the provided email address-I maintain the rights to my work in any form. Any work I produce will be posted to my social media for advertising purposes.-I maintain the right to refuse any commission-I maintain the right to cancel and refund money for a commission at any time-I reserve the right to include any commissions in my portfolio-Please, one request per transaction-Clients must provide written clear details and at least 2 visual references of the requested characters.-Commissions may take between one to three months in order to complete depending on complexity-No deadlines are to be set by the client-WiPs will be provided upon major points of completion or upon client’s request-Revisions may cost extra depending on the severity of the revision-Any mistakes by the artist will be corrected free of chargeI own full rights to any artwork I produceI am free to post any WiPs or completed commissions on my Social Media at my own discretionI do not give permission for my work to be used for any AI purposes including NFTsIf you have any questions please feel free to ask!

Payment

-Payment is via Paypal invoice-Commission will begin only after payment is received
Slots are provided in order of inquiry-I will wait one full week for payment before cancelling your commissionRefunds: I will allow a full refund before I have begun working, partial if I am partway through. No refund is allowed once a piece has been completed.
